Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, and made-to-order, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom items
  • Personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Made-to-order creations

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.



Customization Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order, including names, dates, spelling, colors, wording, photos, sizes, and design selections.

Kush Sundara Kre8tions is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout. Orders with customer-submitted errors will not be refunded, replaced, or remade free of charge.

If a correction is needed after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.


Order Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once production has begun or digital files have been delivered. 


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and personalization information at checkout.

Kush Sundara Kre8tions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.



Product Variations

Due to screen settings, printing processes, handmade production, and the nature of custom creations, slight variations in colors, placement, sizing, textures, and finishes may occur.

These minor differences are considered normal and are not considered defects.
